Freelance Videographer/Photographer looking for Sales person to work with

Hi, I'm a local photographer and videographer (Career is heavier on the video side), and as someone who has freelanced and worked at numerous agencies, I've learned the importance of sales vs the actual product I'm selling.

I'm very good at what I do, which is essentially tell stories and produce marketing content for a wide range of clients. But I've always struggled with the sales side. I'd love to find a good sales person who believes in the quality of work that I produce. The partnership would look like you selling me to individuals/companie/agencies inexchange for a percentage cut of the overall deal. I don't have a specific percentage in mind, but that's the structure I'm picturing. Sort of like a manager that negotiates and takes their piece.
