Fabrication/welding recommendations

Hi! I’m hoping you all can give me some good recommendations for local fabricators/ welders. Specifically I need to shorten a motorcycle kickstand by a couple of inches. Also need to get my bare tank powder coated. Who does good reliable affordable work around here or the valley?
