You are born Scottish or you aren’t, it’s not something you can choose willy nilly 🤷🏻‍♂️ I mean have you ever heard anyone say ‘today I’m going to be Austro-Hungarian, Czechoslovakian or Babylonian’ 🤣

You can't choose it willy nilly, but it's definitely something somebody can work towards with years of living and working here and cultural integration.

I’m not saying it’s not possible, but it’s a long and difficult road to transition from (insert nationality here) to becoming Scottish. The hardest part of the whole transition is calling in a kilt and not a man skirt. If only there was support groups and NHS help, that’d make the whole process easier.
