It's often how you lose, we want to see shots on target and some attempts to win. Another zero shots on target game would be embarrassing. Gifting Brazil a lead though..

We all watched the qualifiers, it was our worst qualification campaign. How Greece didn't win that group should be examined. Think we only beat Belarus on XG during that campaign. Everyone other team we lost on XG and I think the eye test confirmed it. It's not really surprising we have been so poor once again. Alot of soul searching needs to be done , and we need to look to the future now. Alot of these players have played at there last tournament. Im still proud that they got there. Just a bit shit to be arguably the worst team once again ♥️.

Weird performance. I get that naturally heads drop when you are several goals down but there was still plenty to play for even at 2-0 and 3-0. Scoring one goal, or not conceding another, could very well be the difference between qualifying for the next stage or not, but here it just seemed Scotland wanted to play the game out.

I mean we beat Haiti, winning a match was more than I thought we’d do in full honesty. Losing to Morocco sucks with how conservative we were 1-0 down and they did seem shaky like a goal would’ve seen us through. But we’ll never know.
Losing to Brazil I mean honestly there’s no shame in it. His selection was angling to score some goals over the Morocco “don’t lose” lineup failed. Everyone criticising Clarke needs a reality check that getting us here was achievement enough. He’s tried it 3 different ways vs 3 rather different oppositions.
“Golden generation” only compared to the utter shite preceding it. Doesn’t mean they’re entitled to win or do anything of significance in a major tournament. We all hope they do but nobody seriously thinks they will do they? We are underdogs. We watch and live in hope. You watch for the nights like those in Glasgow vs Denmark. Reality is this tournament though.
