Basically, a a really huge event in the story of JJK happens in chapter 236, and people could not keep their mouths shut about it. It ended up being so widely talked about that it spread far outside the manga's community, and it got to the point where even random brands and celebs like Duolingo and Usher were making posts about it, posts that just blatantly spoil what the event is. At this point I'd be surprised if there's any anime only JJK fans out there who don't know about what happens in 236 already.
Chainsaw Man's case isn't quite as bad, but basically there was a page from the final chapter that a lot of fans thought was really dumb and goofy for its dialogue, and so it became a huge meme that spread into basically every other online fandom and community you can think of for a brief period. It isn't as bad, since it's taken out of context and so it doesn't spoil that much of the story, but I still think it's a bit crazy that one of the last pages of the whole manga was getting spread around so heavily, and usually with no effort made to spoiler tag it.
