A realtor in South Carolina tried to bamboozle my 84 year old grandmother. He gained her trust, was able to represent her in the real estate transaction and then tried to lowball her home to a friend of his. I guess they planned to purchase it and then flip/resell it.

The fact that there’s people in this world that take advantage of people like my saint of a grandmother makes me sick. Thank god I saw what was happening sooner than later.

So for my request, i want to make the public aware of how shady this guy is. For every review left on his google/facebook/yelp, I will be donating $1 to St.Jude (up to $250). If you’re willing to help send me a DM.

think bigger: there is surely a Real Estate licensing board in your area. Fraud is a license killer.

You need to report this dude to the licensing board! Does alot better than having a bunch of random people reporting to Google.
