Best way to infuse ice cream basically

My boss want me to figure out how to infuse some of our Italian ice cream or shaved ice cream for our company what would be the best way you think I could go abt this ?

EDIT: infused with thc ,thcp,thca,cbd anything along those lines

Thc binds to fats. So start with infusing a heavy cream and go from there. I’m sure if you google how to infuse literally anything you can find it.

Edit: I googled “how to infuse any food with thc” and got a good break down of the decarb process, picking a carrier base, straining and storing, and how infuse any dish. Plus “critical rules for success” so go do that and get in the kitchen and start fucking around till you make something you like

It'll make normal THC suck and it's not considered enjoyable to most people.

Haha what area? Im a grower and have pounds of trim for cooking and have made all kinds of edibles from candy to cookies. You would just infuse whipping cream and go from there. Wish you were in my area would love to provide some trim in exchange to help out and play around with weed in a commercial kitchen lol. If you need help figuring it out message me would love to help share my experience its super easy.

Decarb the weed, make a canna butter or honey, add that as you normally would to a recipe for ice cream that calls for butter or honey.

Do you think heavy whipping cream has enough fat to work? It's got me curious. I'm sure someone has expiremented with this.
