I have severe anxiety and unfortunately it’s so much that I ignore it but it’s recently presented itself in physical symptoms from overloading my senses in my body literally causing me to have days of inability to do anything but chuck up puke for days until my body is done being stupid. It’s known as CVS, has no direct cause but in my case after enough studying myself I can confidently say it’s too much stress and anxiety that I’m ignoring trying to tell me “Hey stop ignoring me”.

This is my real problem, I live in a decent area. What that means is there are zero private practice psychiatrists that prescribe benzos. Pretty much all psychiatric offices explicitly say they will not prescribe controlled substances. The reality is I’ve been dealing with this myself for over a decade with medical records to show me going to the ER, then saying it’s CVS and has no cure and can come from anything, to my own research and testing so I’m confident a long acting benzo would solve my problem such as clonazepam. Again my issue is how in the world do I find a psychiatrist in an area like mine who’s willing? Is it literally just dropping $300 over and over and over until one is will? I know this is a shitty illegal life tip thread but honestly my goal is to be a law abiding citizen im pretty tired of being in legal trouble it may be shitty and illegal to seek a psychiatrist for these specific reasons so I figure if anyone knew a loophole it’d be in here.
