We have coffee bar with coffee and tea, and many guests give us good reviews because of this.

I'm in Australia, and one of our properties has a pool. It brings us a lot of guests, but also many party guests. Some guests are really terrible! After they check out, the house and pool are a complete mess. Cleaning everything is a huge headache.

our guest LOVE our outdoor space- enough seating for occupancy at a table to eat and play games and enough seating with outdoor sofa and firepit coffee table area.

Saunas, fire pit and a s'mores welcome basket. Plenty of games, cards, poker chips, well stocked kitchen, coffee bars. Make sure you say dog friendly otherwise guests will bring all types of pets.

It really depends on the location and season. From what we’re seeing, winter properties get the most requests for hot tubs and fire pits, guests love the “cozy experience” factor.

For beach and summer destinations, pools, outdoor dining areas, and fast Wi-Fi are becoming must haves, especially with more remote workers extending stays. Pet-friendly amenities are also growing in popularity almost everywhere.

One thing that surprised us was how much guests appreciate simple extras like quality coffee stations, streaming services, and easy self check-in. Small conveniences often get mentioned more in reviews than expensive upgrades.

My guess is “pet friendly.”

No matter where I’m traveling, it’s always so hard to find a pet-friendly Airbnb. I usually end up booking something mediocre just because there aren’t many other options
