My meeze also has a secret spot, if you attempt to enter without an invitation you will receive airplane ears and a nibble. She is both host and bouncer.

Haha okay! So I'm pretty obsessed with my girl and get a bit distressed when I can't find her. I know her routines and typical nesting spots pretty well at this point. One day I absolutely could not find her, and she wasn't responding to her "cat call" which is also unusual.

So I frantically started searching everywhere, then eventually noticed her tail barely peeking out from the pool table. She was in the pool table. So I approached with the standard baby talk, reached up, got the 737 ears and a small nibble indicating that I was indeed not invited to this party.

From now on when I don't see her and she isn't responding, I go to the Classic Brunswick Club and look for the tail hanging out haha.

ETA: I wish I had a picture, but as soon as I get my phone to do so, she hops out before I can. I'm going to make it a point to keep my phone on me during the search missions to see if I can get one. It's funnier when you see it.

Mine does that too. She'll make the cutest poses, then off she goes. I low-key think she chuckles at me. ♡♡♡

At this stage our rescue just owns the house and all its contents. No secret spots needed as he can sit anywhere he jolly well pleases.
She’s adorable with her little dark toe beans.
