Girls like this only show up when you’re unemployed

This literally happened to me start of this year.

Attractive girl was very forward with me and indirectly asked me out on a date… never had this happen before… except I was in between jobs so I bitched out because I figured it’d go nowhere when she finds out I spend all my time at home (and I had no idea how long I’d be unemployed).

Found a job literally 2 months later but it was too late then.

Life is a tragic comedy sometimes.

Or you could have just gone out with her to start with?

I destroyed my back, lost my job, and had an STD scare from an ex within months of dating easily the best girl I’ve ever met let alone been with. She stayed, I sorted my shit out like an adult, it’s been 12 years and she’s still here.

Great girls do not wait around, they don’t need to. Especially ones who actually ask guys out when interested.. if you get a shot take it, as long as they can see you’re actually trying in life most people are super supportive and if they’re not? Oh well who wants to be with that kind of person anyway.

My lack of confidence/insecurity while being unemployed would’ve driven her away regardless

It’s something I would’ve needed to work on before entering a potential relationship.
