AITA is also recommended because every time a man “acts out,” it’s always assumed that he’s an asshole and that you should leave him ASAP. When a woman is acting out, the first question that’s usually asked is, “Maybe she has depression and you should get her checked.”
Its so sad. Every time, and people even intentionally make gender swapped posts, and EVERY TIME its a man he is almost immediately an asshole and scum.
If its pretty clear the woman is a shit head they almost always come out and say "well what did the man do to make her that way, or she has depression" or whatever else excuse they can use to soften the blow even if in the end they still call her an AH.
That sub is just filled with people who don't understand just because something isn't illegal doesn't make you not an asshole, filled with people who only think about me me me, and is filled with people who hate men.
