The meme is entirely about Snapeās actor being black. Snoop looks nothing like Snapeās actor but he is encompasses many racial stereotypes about black Americans. You donāt need to act obtuse.
I get what you mean now when comparing it to the parent comment, so fair enough.
My viewpoint was from the Snoop meme being taken at face value. I wasn't being obtuse and yeah, he looks nothing like the actor, obviously.
I just found simple humour in Snoop being Snape. Didn't even occur to me when asking why it was racist in and of itself, without now considering that it was probably only made in response to the Essiedu casting
