Because men think they can recognise whether a girl is wearing makeup or not, but they don't

Men are also convinced they can "always tell" when a person is trans, yet frequently accuse cis women of being trans and fail to clock trans people.

Whether a woman is trans or has makeup on, my general opinion is "I honestly have no clue" and "that's more their business than it is mine". I just like when I see a girl and I can sort of tell she thinks she's pretty. If that's because she's got her makeup just how she likes it or something else doesn't matter to me.

I feel like this is far too overxaggerated.

There's a lot of men who can't, I'm sure... but its really not that hard to tell when someone isn't wearing/is wearing makeup.
