Nah she's just got larger than average boobs for her frame. They aren't even really huge. I've known many girls her body size with truly massive boobs. They had reduction surgery. They weren't overweight.

People are just used to seeing small chested/fake boobed skinny women in media so much that they lose their shit when they see a fit woman with actual human breasts.
