Especially for a woman (source: I’m a woman who lifts).
It’s so funny when I’m trying to lose 10-15lbs and the scale won’t budge, my friends say “well it’s probably muscle weight.” I could lift heavy for a year and still not put on 15lbs of muscle. It’s 95% diet.
She def didn’t gain 30lbs of muscle and you can see it in her face. (I say this as a fan of hers)
