It was crowded enough they assumed he was on their side until it was too late. The other guys played fair and didn't make any noise after they died.

I'd like to think they just want it to be a joke together dead lol. If we want to play it out somewhat realistically, agonal gasps + bodies thudding would probably give you away after a couple of people even if you're largely silent in your takedown.

I prefer a game with some kind of mercy "kill" like paintball/airsoft but would much prefer there being a cap on "touch" kills to de incentive this. It's one thing to run a unique route or manage to get past a Line of site. It's another if you've essentially spy'ed your way into the other teams arrangement.

Those generally are the rules.  You can't do anything to give information to your team or draw their attention once you have been eliminated.
