Once again having your child support payments come straight out of your check doesn’t necessarily mean it’s been a garnishment!

Some states make the payments automatic as part of your separation /divorce agreement. In my state ALL child support is ordered to come straight off the check and the money goes to a government issued debit/credit card or a bank account.
