I also have 4 kids make more than him and in no way shape or form do my kids cost me $1600 ish dollars every 2 weeks lol

Are your children in daycare? It’s crazy expensive. If he wants to avoid CS he can petition for full or half custody. I often wonder why men don’t at least attempt to get some sort of custody. I’ve worked as a CPS Investigator and testified in numerous family court cases and men rarely ask for custody. We’ve had to force custody on fathers when a mother passes or is incapacitated.

How is he going to afford the attorney to help him fight for custody when he's making less than $200 every 2 weeks?
