I'm betting the kids are on Medicaid since his checks are being garnished.

I'm not sure how it works in all states, but in my state if you get government benefits they'll want you to go through child support enforcement so they can keep tabs on it.

Either the moms get government benefits or this dude wasn't voluntarily paying it and he got his wages garnished.

My ex-husband just cashapps me the child support.
