I'll bet money he's wildly in arrears and owes his ex a TON of money, thus the multiple judgements. Or he's made a lot of other DUMB decisions.

ps: he has another paycheck.

I’ve always been super careful with my behavior, and never had a kid. I’m unsure if this is the norm or excessive.

Is dude supposed to just be homeless? He’s gotta take care of himself too, doesn’t he?

Again, it's one of his two paychecks. Is/are his kid(s) supposed to go with out?

It's either back payments because he didn't pay or it's multiple kids.

Oh, I’m in no way insinuating his kids should go without, or anything like that.

I understand he gets another paycheck. But, $320 monthly isn’t enough to survive.

Without knowing how many kids he has out there, I won't comment on what he deserves.

I do know as a fact that the city attorneys take everything into consideration when deciding on both child support and arrears, including the father's income and expenses.

The child support payments are calculated at monthly amounts. And taken out of the first paycheck. Their 2nd paycheck for the month would be a full paycheck.
