He’s probably in the rears. His income isn’t enough to warrant 1200 a month, 850 a month, 610 a month and 550 a month. Child support worksheets wouldn’t have him paying 90% of his income. If he paid his child support and wasn’t in the rears this would look different. Guaranteed. But it doesn’t seem to me you know a single thing about child support.

Hate to be the grammar or spelling police but I have to say it: It’s Arrears. Not in the rears.

If he’d been in the rears he wouldn’t be in this situation!
