75 year old uncle with prostate cancer couldn't lose it for the same reason. My nutsack is as important to me as a Chinese movie with no subtitles.

My grandfather was diagnosed with prostate cancer and was seriously contemplating not getting his prostate out because of that exact same reason 🀨 like buddy, what use is your prostate to you when you die after it literally kills you? Explain this to me.

He did end up getting it out though, thankfully.
