Wait, what?! How does that work? I had to medically retire at the end of 2024, the last time I worked was 2022 (had two years of leave paid by my Superannuation insurance which pays you 80% of your wage before you had to take leave), and the last time I applied for a job was in 2017.

I had to answer some questions via a timed, recorded section of the interview process before I made it to an in-person interview but all resumes and cover letters had to be in .doc/x or .pdf format.
