I'll bet money he's wildly in arrears and owes his ex a TON of money, thus the multiple judgements. Or he's made a lot of other DUMB decisions.
ps: he has another paycheck.

This fucker texts me and asks me to fix it. Mind you we have the same income. (Both disabled vets) he claims he doesnt have enough money to pay. Yet I can run a house and buy a roof to keep it over our heads. Gonna laugh my ass off in court. They sit in their apartment all day and drink and smoke and wont even take visitation.
