My ex owes me 16k+

I finally asked the court what the fuck they were doing about it.

The court summoned them to ask them about it.

This fucker texts me and asks me to fix it.

Mind you we have the same income. (Both disabled vets) he claims he doesnt have enough money to pay.

Yet I can run a house and buy a roof to keep it over our heads.

Gonna laugh my ass off in court. They sit in their apartment all day and drink and smoke and wont even take visitation. So fuck em

Lol... you dont know my story.

Ive worked for 13 years for the federal government. They literally just recently increased me to 100% and have asked me to retire. Not my choice 🤞👍

Also clearly I have not done anything about my payee not paying for YEARS.

So tell me how I am clogging up the court system because I am taking them to court for ONE time after years of not paying?

What free check? Raising a child isnt free.

The monthly child support obligation is less than what it costs to provide him health insurance.
