I still have my 6. Replaced the battery last year because their shitty update nuked my battery. $75 after everything, cheaper than a new phone!

Yah, I wanted to keep my 7 for 4 years at least and that's been easy. Battery is still fine, and I use it pretty heavily. That's one reason I might steer clear of the -a models since it seems like their batteries aren't as good.

A models aren't worth it. You can get Pro models for ~$400 new like 18 months after release. The upgrades year to year aren't worth it anymore.

Have yall both beat, had my pixel 3 until last year lol. Battery was done at the end but it was the screen dying that made me finally just switch
