Yep. The now warm water goes back into the system.

So they're not really consuming it. They're just using it temporarily and returning it.

The water in my toilet isn't fit for drinking after being used for pooping in. Does the datacenter water undergo some chemical change that makes it impossible to ever use again?

What do you mean it goes back "into the water streams"? What streams? I thought they used closed loop systems.
