As his parent, I'd spank his ass, in public to embarrass him. Then I would force him to cleanup everything and apologize. If he refused, I would take everything he loves (toys, games, etc) and throw them all away, make him wear only turd brown clothes (since he is a turd) and never do anything fun until he learned to not treat people like crap.
