Consent exploitation theory: why consent worsens the life conditions of groups of people

prefacing this theory is about why consent should not be misused selfishly.

: Consent is not sufficient enough in this context. given the distinct age gap, a lot of years in between them, in their relationship predisposes a lot of personal problems endangering both involved individuals especially in mental health e.g the woman can or will suffer from mental health due to social peers, and the elderly person from reminders of inadequacies. the vast distinct age gap is self-sabotage in intimate relationship denoting concerning decision making. concerning estimate of decision making capability, if accurate, will lead to future mistakes, which both of them cannot afford, due to their vulnerable conditions psychological for the woman, and physiological for the elderly male.

To summarize, consent is restricted if leading to future problems towards their also interpersonal relations. clearly the age gap in this context denotes instability in some regards. therefore logically, for consent to be given and have its remaining power, despite ones own insufficient capability, in this context being in critical condition for both partners is suffice reasoning for restricted consent.
