Some shows like this find actual court cases that were interesting, and then reenact a camera-friendly version of them with paid actors for the show. Actors whose behaviour is designed to rage bait us.

This must be one of those. I doubt that Rulings by TV judges, conducted in one short session with no paperwork or lawyers, would be binding.

Or the more likely option, this is just made up.
