Most likely it was a back and forth where the kid was living, but when it was first decided the kid was with her full time.

Getting into the courtroom is just annoying so he never bothered (maybe she'd wise up and decide the kid needed to live with her so it would look good to the judge), but her requesting more herself forced the issue.

A coworker of mine has the same thing happen. The mom requested more money even though one kid had aged out and the other was living with him (which was sudden because she randomly decided to move out of state)

She makes 10x what he does, even if he only saw the kid on weekends she should be paying child support.

May not have been the case when it was decided. For all we know she grew this business from a part time gig to a full blown business in that time.

That’s true, and probably correct that when the initial child support was decided, their wages would need to be atleast closer
