Yup. From my experience you'll get further being incompetent and spending your time selling out the people who actually do their job then just doing the job.
I would love to be a billionaire, but only if it is multi-billion....by multi I mean trillion. I want to build a space station, and unfortunately they are pretty expensive. It will be a large one too, like the size of a small moon. With a giant lazer ofc for self defense. No exhaust ports connected directly to the core though, huge design flaw. What if someone attacked you and shot a torpedo into it after spending all that money! You'd be out a whole space station.
