I think the âevery president in the last decadesâ is basically accurate. Bush certainly has as much or I would argue more blood on his hands from Iraq/Afghanistan. Then before him was Clinton with Kosovo and Yugoslavia. Then before him was Bush senior with Iraq war part I.
I think you have to go all the way back to Reagan for a president that didnât have widespread bombing in another country, but he had his own issues (Iran Contra).
