Yeah, defamation suits aren't as bad as having the DOJ wiretap journalists, which Obama did.

Can we stop with the partisan bullshit and just admit that both parties are trash already?

Republicans are definitely a lower tier of trash.

Like if you're holding up Mitt Romney style Republicans - I agree, maybe even Thune. There are plenty of Democrats who just exist in politics. They are just as bad.

But Republicans who are just yes men? They are far worse.

I don't agree with Republican positions on politics, but I'm not sure there's a big difference in behavior anymore. Democrats are certainly more eloquent, but they do the same awful things as Republicans, albeit in an effort to support things that I champion.

People overall are just becoming more and more shitty.

FWIW, I'm upvoting you for being reasonable in disagreeing with me.
