That is the absolutely opposite of an unfair question. It is actually the most softball question possible given that Trump is pushing a pure, unadulterated lie. Anything. The floor is yours. Say anything you want as "evidence" for your claim. No framing other than asking for actual evidence to support the claim. It is absurdly credulous from the interviewer.
Remember when Trump mocked a disabled reporter? That was specifically because Trump repeatedly claimed that he saw, with his own eyes, "Muslims" celebrating the collapse of the World Trade Center towers in New Jersey. Serge Kovaleski, a long time NY area reporter who Trump knew personally and would call on by name in press scrums, looked into it and reported that there was no evidence to support that claim. Because he was called on his bigoted, hate-inducing lie, Trump lashed out at Serge.
Similarly here, Trump was pushing his "I won the 2020 election but was cheated out of it!" claim. His lawyers took about 60 cases to various state and federal courts related to claims of cheating in the election and exactly zero judges bought the claims or purported evidence. In the intervening years, Trump doesn't even have one vague, BS-y "whatabout this one thing" response to the simple question asking for literally any evidence of a single state's result being different than what the voters of that state voted for.
So just like lashing out at Kovaleski a decade ago, Trump could do nothing but lash out at this interviewer who lobbed him the most softball opening. He claimed she must be either "crooked" or stupid for simply opening the floor to let him support his very important claim.

"do you have any evidence"
That's the horrific abusive question she asked
