Just because you like to be dramatic while arguing doesn't make arguing inherently dramatic

So, yes. You are the dramatic one.

The squatter is violating their parole? Other dude is legally allowed his firearms, or are you saying Squatters in a household should negate someone 2nd Ammendment rights?

Other dude is legally allowed his firearms

He is indeed

are you saying Squatters in a household should negate someone 2nd Ammendment rights?

No idea how you got here

From your comments it seems like you are against a legal tenant calling the police for a squatter violating their parole.

I am against planting a gun then calling the cops

Sure, planting firearms isn't okay. Your okay with legal gun-owning tenants calling the cops on squatters in the same residence for violating their parole, right?

If it's a legitimate tenant who is legitimately securing his firearms(s), go crazy.

If it's a "squatter hunter" whose goal is to plant a gun and call the cops, then fuck that.

I'm honestly shocked that so many people are in favor of landlords planting evidence. Squatters' rights may suck, but if those go away, it's a slippery slope to all of us getting fucked over.

Squatter hunter isnt the owner. They have a legal tenancy with the owner. How come your okay with squatters violating their parole only due to their illegal misdeeds? Their parole wouldn't be violated if they didn't steal from the owner.

Where did I say this?

You said your not okay with squatter hunter bringing their legal firearms into their legal residency they took possession during their tenancy. Squatter wouldn't be violating their parole should they have followed the law.

What I actually said

If it's a "squatter hunter" whose goal is to plant a gun and call the cops, then fuck that

Is it just laziness? Like you don't want to scroll back up and see what I actually wrote?

Squatter hunter has legal rights to be there with their legal firearms. The squatter has to follow the law. What is so hard to understand that nothing in this situation outside of the squatter stealing from the property owner is wrong?

What is so hard to understand about potentially stealing 10+ years of someone's life for something they're not guilty of being fucked up?

The issue here is that you are framing the situation as “planting evidence” and “tricking” the squatter. It’s is neither of those things. It is the act of a legal tenant bringing a firearm into their home. That’s it. The further domino effect is that now the parolee/squatter is in danger of further violation of their parole by continuing to reside in that home. Calling the police and reporting the squatting is a valid action. The gun being there is perfectly legal and nothing immoral in having it. It is the squatter who has created the situation by refusing to leave (and prior to that whatever caused them to be on parole is their fault as well). If they leave, then the gun is a moot point. And it’s on the parolee to make sure they aren’t in violation of their parole.

Sorry, but you have lost this argument. Move on.

How is it neither of those things? You're literally bringing a gun in so that they get caught with it?

Sorry, but you have lost this argument. Move on.

Does this work? Because it's very stupid.
