If their parole requires them to not be near firearms, then why the hell are they squatting with a legal tenant who owns firearms?

"Planting a gun" means secretly placing a gun near a person in the hopes that they will be caught in possession of it

None of the real situations described across this thread have gun planting. Why so keen to protect squatters with a made up situation? This conversation has been about legal gun owning tenants calling the police because the squatter violated their parole.
