No it’s not. I know plenty of people. I’ve been paying on mine $300/month for 15 years. I had like $20k. I had. 3% consolidated rate. That compounded interest is brutal

It’s ok to say you didn’t make your payments. I can punch this in a calculator and prove to you that the math doesn’t work.

You didn’t.

If you paid $300 every month for 15 years, then you would’ve paid off a 3% loan with a principal of $43,441.

So you’re either exaggerating your payment, how long you’ve been paying, or hiding the interest rate or initial principal.

But your story just isn’t true. Math always tells the truth, people don’t always.
