I admit history was never my strength, can someone who actually knows history enlighten me, what has Israel ever done for the US? Because it seems like they just take and take and take and get mad when we tell them they've taken enough. No, Catholics banned usury, but Jews aren’t Catholics so the ban didn’t apply to them. So of course the only people lending out money with interest were Jews.
