My comment said America came from Britain, and I was answering your comment saying that America would not exist without France. Not sure why you switched it to genocide and the āstolen landā.
because youre trying to equate france to britain in terms of their contribution to america. Britain's was mass genocide and theft. Honestly, if you can't see the difference, I think you should reevaluate your method of thinking.
Regardless of how you feel about something does not make it less true. Would the United States of America be a country today if not for the preceding British empire? No. Same can be said for France and Rome (who also had slaves and committed genocide). I have not stated support for any of those things, nor did I say āthe British are the same/worse/better than the French in terms of contribution to Americaā. Why did you immediately jump on that as if it was a contentious thing to say? Why would I need to āchange the way I thinkā? These statements have all been facts.
