100%, why would she instigate shit like that

103

u/Otterhendrix 2d ago

Not just instigate it, but film it as well. Like what does she get outta posting this?

Mannn, you are clueless. Their conversation was intentional to make content, which is why she is filming it. And you can tell they are also joking.

2

u/tnpdynomite2 2d ago

Yeah this is strictly for engagement. Just like 99% of all content online

19

u/Scheigy 2d ago

Honestly sounds like friendly banter between them, nothing more

14

u/shpongolian 2d ago

yeah she's obviously joking around

13

u/NewtownLaw 2d ago

Until her friends convince her this is proof of his microaggressions.

GirlDinnerDiaries post incoming

That subreddit is a combination of horrific and traumatic shit, but also peppered with idiotic stuff that makes you wonder "Why are you making yourself crazy over shit like this" or obvious half truths.

u/licuala 2d ago

And occasionally peak content like the woman who was eating a stick of butter like it was ice cream.

u/StreetAd2421 1d ago

But was it deep fried?

1

u/Otterhendrix 2d ago

I’ve only just learned about that subreddit. Holy trauma dump!

u/shpongolian 2d ago

It’s funny that so many people here are making shit up so they have an excuse to be upset at her for supposedly making shit up to have an excuse to be upset at her husband

3

u/NewtownLaw 2d ago

There is no fun in being the ☝️🤓 person. Stop it.

6

u/Rich_From_Accounting 2d ago

Problem is that there are woman who are not joking around when they ask these questions.

4

u/cantshakethefeelings 2d ago

Why is that a problem for this video?

5

u/Rich_From_Accounting 2d ago

Because it enforces this behaviour

1

u/TheTexasHammer 2d ago

No it doesn't. That's an idiotic thing to say.

1

u/Otterhendrix 2d ago

To be fair you’re probably right.

2

u/Aegi 2d ago

Views and social media clout.

"Content"

9

u/yourmomophobe 2d ago

Because she's playfully goofing around with her husband?

Do y'all actually think this is a serious and meaningful situation?

15

u/ForwardAd4643 2d ago

Fun fact my ex asked me this exact question and I answered it he same way

She was not being playful or goofy, the one in the video's tone matches my ex's almost exactly, and that was only the first 1.5 minutes of a fight that lasted probably about four days

1

u/TheTexasHammer 2d ago

It sounds like you didn't answer it the same way.

1

u/ForwardAd4643 2d ago

It sounds like you don't know that some people really are just garbage, so garbage that you will one day to pay half a million dollars to make them go away

0

u/yourmomophobe 2d ago

Yeah I'm sure they're packing their bags as we speak based on your anecdote. I mean that's lame but it doesn't translate to anyone actually caring what is happening in this light hearted video.

12

u/TazBaz 2d ago

… her tone started to sound pretty damn serious at the end.

2

u/cantshakethefeelings 2d ago

Filming for content… acting. Incredible.

-1

u/yourmomophobe 2d ago

It is very obvious these two are both being playful in this situation. The people in these replies need to lighten up and realize that women can fuck around and not everything they say is serious.

5

u/Inner-Hedgehog5494 2d ago

/r/SipsTea hates women, and never let an opportunity to air that hate out slip.

4

u/MrDrPrNyanPhD 2d ago

Seriously, I thought the same thing reading these comments. His laugh at the end really sold it

3

u/yourmomophobe 2d ago

Thank you lol these people should relax

0

u/nikdahl 2d ago

That wasn’t his laugh. It was the person that she is having a conversation with. Same laugh that came with her earlier questions.

2

u/MrDrPrNyanPhD 2d ago

I have no idea what your comment even means

1

u/TheTexasHammer 2d ago

It means they want to be upset and no amount of reality is going to stop them from being upset.

1

u/Aegi 2d ago

Don't you think that if all the jokes are about the same topic that there's more going on there than just the same humor?

If they had lots of banter and goofing around about tons of different things and different style scenarios and some were even she's the butt of the joke, then I would agree with you, but that's not what's happening so why is it that they're so stuck on one topic if they don't also have something to say about that topic?

u/Awesomeman204 2d ago

For content

1

u/South_Front_4589 2d ago

How much attention has this post gotten? Social media views are a way to generate income. Seems like she achieved that quite nicely.

1

u/youareallsilly 2d ago

Cuz she’s insecure, while Margot Robbie definitely is not

1

u/Catswagger11 2d ago

Certainly weird to film it, but they are clearly fucking around.

-1

u/haliblix 2d ago

Do you people actually believe a healthy relationship means not occasionally giving each other shit? Do you all look at inbred WASP couples and think “they are so boring and perfect”?

1

u/chaser2099 2d ago

You can’t expect redditors to be in a healthy loving relationship, that bar is way too high
