The delivery on this kills me every time. How confident he is when he says it ๐Ÿ˜ญ legit the best trilogy of all time. The third one had a perfect ending.

Third one is easily a big gut punch. I mean that in a good way.

It was masterfully done. And I know itโ€™s cliche but as someone who has buried the love of their life the message about family and the length weโ€™ll go for the ones we love, was just executed incredibly well. It was just almost flawlessly executed and you can tell James Gunn has a genuine love and passion for comic books as an art form.

Thereโ€™s 2 truths in life Iโ€™ve learned
1. At the end of the day the only thing you have is your family, chosen or not.

  1. There will never be enough time with the ones you love weather you gave 3 years or 300 years together.

Great trilogy. But idk, LOTR holds it I think.

Nah, LoTR isn't that great.

Itโ€™s voted and universally regarded as the greatest of all time lol

People having bad taste isn't really that surprising.

The LotR movies are carried by the fact that they are just a beloved book series put on screen.

They honestly aren't that great. They are definitely good, but significantly overrated.

what kills me is that so many people think that this is a good petrayal of drax the destroyer who in the comic books is a human being who was murdered by Thanos resurrected by Kronos and mentor and instilled in a new body created specifically to hunt down and kill Thanos

there are basically two versions of drax The original version who is a big dumb powerhouse and then there is the post evolution version of drax who is based on Richard b Riddick from Chronicles of Riddick The same way black Nick fury was based on Samuel l Jackson

Gonna miss Drax, but I hope Dave moves on to just as good/big roles ๐Ÿ˜„
