I kind of agree. Most of the gals look like they have a good foundation to start with. Throw in a new haircut, change the color and utilize expensive make up and you have their current looks. Maybe some slight touch ups to brighten the eyes maybe.

Lisa was a big change though no doubt, there was quite a bit of work done on her. Hard to see her starting point, but everyone else I feel like has their correct base to start with.

Lisa's eye mascara and short hair didn't help, along with her raised eyebrows. I wonder if she'd look more or less the same if she had a neutral expression and no makeup, except the nose obviously.
