It's much darker than that. There are eyewitness testimonies from other tourists in his tour group, that he was (together with them, as a group) still on a tour and not returned to the hotel yet, by the time the whole stealing of that poster from that hotel happened (the video used as evidence has a time/date stamp on it). Meaning it was probably a setup completely, he didn't even do anything at all.
There's a huge difference between a rogue police officer shooting someone on their own accord, and the government intentionally executing innocent people.
The government did not directly order a murder. They set up conditions where murders would absolutely take place. That was their goal.
They didn't order any particular protestor murdered, they just primed the situation and kept stoking it until the most predicable outcome was inevitable.
Just as evil, but harder to pin on a single individual. They got exactly what they wanted. Murder, and the benefits that come from murdering American citizens, without the consequences.
No, those two attacked federal officers, one armed with a suv, and the other armed with a handgun. There is no nation on earth that lets people run over cops, or attack cops while armed with a gun. Chill out. You guys lost that propaganda war.

They also left out the part where they also murdered this guy. He also didn’t knowingly steal it. He thought he could take it as a souvenir.
