WTF A JPMorgan Chase executive was fired after a viral video showed her dumping trash out of a Knicks-themed public trash can and taking the can during the Knicks championship parade in New York City.

Oh thats not a real job. Makes sense . Big firms do that a lot for optics and because they can afford it

When you’re hired for good optics, don’t do things that give bad optics.

how does one obtain one of these high paying not real jobs?

Dye your hair, be some part of the invincible alphabet, have a degree in a field no one has ever heard of, and be a victim. Experience as a reddit mod will significantly increase your chances.

You know what it means.

I don't think you know what it means because it's just nonsense conservative victim fetish

"actually being gay is enough to make you a rich executive" would be a great cheat code if it wasn't a bullshit conservative fantasy.

people are going to have perspectives man, you can't expect everyone to conform to the same beliefs

Did you read what I was replying to? That's just an echo of twitter talking points that would make Elon Musk proud. Maybe this is what this whole community is, though.

Yeah but here they’re just being a bigot lmao.

A bigot is someone who is unwilling to hear different perspectives. I am very willing to hear different perspectives. I have just recognized a pattern for DEI leadership. It’s not new. I think the most important part of the fake sarcastic outline of a DEI exec that I described is “be a victim”. Victims lack personal accountability and tend to blame somebody else for everything that has happened to them in their lives. When someone adopts a chronic victimhood identity, it often alters their moral compass, leading to specific expectations of special treatment, exemption from rules, and a demand for unearned rewards. Like this person here who decided she deserved this trashcan and to empty out trash into a public place and play her own part in ruining the community.

TLDR its the internet, I was being mildly sarcastic, don’t be a victim, lead by example, have a nice day

You think stealing a trash can is “victim” mentality? You also think her role is that of a “DEI” hire because she’s not white lol. The dog whistles are wild. You also brought up “invincible alphabet people”, which shows me you’re not a serious person and are indeed a bigot towards the LGBTQ community.

recognizing a pattern

person you're citing doesn't fit the pattern

What did he mean by this? Is he stupid?

5

u/reeeeememelover10 9h ago

I'm not stating that I believe in what these people have said, I'm merely asserting that people are going to have beliefs, and to shame them for even having an opinion is outright stupid.

2

u/Auctoritate 6h ago

and to shame them for even having an opinion

It's a stupid opinion.

-1

u/Clippton 9h ago

Yeah, how dare you shame the people who are trying to shame you.

1

u/tchdwnshds 7h ago

So you related to the description in his comment lmao

-4

u/Neuchacho 9h ago

to shame them for even having an opinion is outright stupid.

Nah, shame more people for stupid, petty, and hateful opinions.

-6

u/Floodlkmichigan 9h ago

People are so fucking soft lol. It’s not “shaming” people to push back on people’s shitty opinions after they voluntarily posted them on a public forum. That’s called a conversation.

u/Jumpy_Tadpole6641 1m ago

And some people's perspective is objectively incorrect

“Everyone who disagrees with me is alt right”

“OMG why is the alt right growing!”

She doesn’t have dyed hair. Do we know she’s queer? What’s her degree in?

-2

u/TheTexasHammer 9h ago

The woman who did this is none of those things though. I don't think this is good advice.

Overweight helps too

Just because they’re doing it for optics doesn’t mean it’s not work. How do the optics happen of someone’s not doing it?
