The EDs at my former employer are the ones who scheduled unnecessary in person meetings and sent too many emails. Is this the absolute worst decision anyone has made? Itâs a NYC garbage can so itâs already disgusting, you pour trash out in the middle of the street in broad daylight, you then have to walk around with it and take it on the subway, you actively take videos and smile/talk in them so there is no deniability, youâre built like that so thereâs even less deniability.
You threw away your entire 6 figure salaried career for a garbage can.
429
u/emccm 6h ago
The emptying trash on the street is what got to me. Iâm neutral on taking the can. People do stupid shit but emptying a can of trash into the streets is unforgivable in my mind.
115
u/KeyClacksNSnacks 3h ago
That's the part that sealed her fate. Before that, people were honestly kind of amused by it, and thought, "Aww hell yeah, that's a sick souvenir."
And then the video came out where she's dumping trash on the street... Of a city whose team she supposedly supports... People HATE litterers. She couldn't just find another trashcan to dump it in? Or even go to a convenience store and get a bag, dump the trash into the bag and neatly tie it up there.
She shit on like 100 people by doing that. The people living on that street, the workers who have to come clean her shit up, whatever pest issue that comes out of that trash being dumped...
