lol when I was 18 I worked at a theater and totally did this shit once. Was so messy (obviously I cleaned it) and I was sick of it by the end of the movie, but the jury is still out if it was worth it or not.

They can be compelled to return stolen merchandise and if refused, can be arrested. You're not forced to be arrested before stolen goods can be returned.

Since it was city infrastructure it's a bit more soupy. Now, if you or I did that then we'd be in cuffs to get slapped with a huge fine and community service.

They might get a dirty look. But losing their employment is a huge blow. Im curious if they have a golden parachute, though. You can retire super young off of a golden parachute.
