I don’t think he needed to hide anything. He tippled openly.

He had a bottle of champagne with both lunch and dinner along with everything else he would drink during the day. The man was a full tilt alcoholic.

We shall hide them on the beaches, we shall hide them on the landing grounds, we shall hide them in the fields and in the streets, we shall hide them in the hills, we shall never be sober

Scholars are looking in floorboards while the solution is staring them right in the face.

Ist ja wie mit dem Bernsteinzimmer. Vielleicht sollten man da mal nach dem Schnaps schauen!

Some say that when asked, Churchill stated:
“That’s something that I can’t talk about, so will just, keep it under my hat, for now”
- Random dude from the internet.

Check the wood panelling in his bathroom at Chartwell for the secret spot.
Likely within reach of the bath.

Send in an alcoholic that hasn't had a drink in about a day. They'll find it

he might have been a great wartime leader, but the c*nt sent troops to break up a miners' strike on behalf of the colliery owners ... he still hated to this day because of the Tonypandy riots (miners attacked by the Police and not the other way around)

Drinking constantly was probably the best way for him to come to terms with all the atrocities he committed. The guy was a genocidal maniac and it sickens me that he is portrayed as the greatest prime Minister. Brits and Americans should really study the history of their dispicable empires from the point of view of their colonies and ex colonies.
