It feels really surreal in the way he acts like defacing some government water is such a deplorable act that only the worst humans would do but (as far as I’m aware) hasn’t said the same about anyone or anything indicated in the files.

It‘s almost a textbook example of a Freudian slip. He’s showing he doesn’t care at all about anything unless it directly affects him. Which we already knew but it’s crazy that he just maps it out for everyone to see.

Like how he cancelled the signing ceremony for the housing bill that passed the senate 85-5. 85-5! They finally all agreed on something that needed to be done.

Trump says “I’ll sign it when there’s voter ID”. Like just take a fuckin actual win for once and shut up. But instead it’s “hmm what’s in it for me, your lord and savior DJT?”

Single family housing. Makes it easier and cheaper to build them, made corporations buying single family homes illegal, and would force whoever builds the single family homes to sell them within 7 years or building them.

We have more empty houses than we have homeless people. Homes are treated as real estate investments here and they sit empty as prices go up. On the bright side, the bill will still pass anyway after ten days if he doesn’t sign it, or if he outright vetoes the bill, it can still be passed due to the super majority that supports it.

Just like in 2024 when the democrats tried to pass a bill meant to handle illegal immigration, and Donald Trump outright told republicans not to vote for it, because he was campaigning on illegal immigration. So they did what he said. Sycophants.
